Answer:
In order to get an annual free copy of your credit report, you first need to find what credit bureaus your bank card reports to. There are three major credit bureaus, or credit reporting agencies, operating in the USA, they are Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. If your credit card reports to all of them, which you are to know from your credit card agreement details, send your request to them either online or in writing. You will be given a special form to fill in with your personal and credit data to prove that it is you but not a fraudster is applying for the credit report copy. Remember that if it is your first request in the year, the copy will be free of charge. However, if you are going to do it second or third time, you will be charged a certain amount for it. Find the mailing address on the official site of any of the three credit bureaus and ask them in writing. Stay in the know of the changes in your credit report as it will help you preserve good credit score and reputable payment history.
